 As owner and president of Dotare Construction Group, Brad Cox has more than 30 years of residential and commercial construction experience. With a distinguished career specializing in both luxury and production homes, Brad has a proven track record of managing high-quality projects and delivering exceptional results. 

 Brad’s career includes leadership roles at David Weekley Homes and Storybook Homes, where he excelled in managing high-end custom home projects and building strong client and vendor relationships. His hands-on experience is complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Real Estate from Baylor University. 

 Under Brad’s guidance, Dotare Construction Group has become known for its commitment to quality and personalized service. His strategic approach and dedication to excellence ensure that each home is built to the highest standards, reflecting both his professional skill and personal commitment. 

 Brad has been recognized for his contributions to the industry, including receiving a GSABA Summit Award for Best Custom Home in 2006 and the Project Manager of the Year award from Centex Homes in 1998. These accolades underscore his ability to deliver outstanding results and exceed client expectations.
